The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, declared on Wednesday that certain data shows that the “enemies” are preparing for an operation to occupy an Iranian island with the support of a regional state.
“If they take one step forward, all the vital infrastructure of that regional country will come under Iran’s relentless attacks without any restrictions,” Ghalibaf said in a post on the social media platform X accessed by the Argentine News Agency.
In a previous post, Galiabaf noted that Iran is closely monitoring all American movements in the region, with special attention to the troop deployment.
“What the generals have destroyed, the soldiers cannot fix; on the contrary, they will fall victims to the illusions of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu,” he warned, adding: “Do not test our determination to defend our land.”
