"We call on all parties to show restraint and refrain from any acts of hostilities that could harm civilians," it was stated in the official statement.
During the constructive dialogue, all members of the CIS underscored the necessity of adhering to international law and humanitarian norms.
"We are obliged to protect peace and security in the region, and any actions that violate these principles are unacceptable," emphasized a representative of one of the permanent members of the CIS.
