Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated on Thursday that Tehran remains open to negotiations with the United States if they are based on 'mutual respect and common interests,' but he is also prepared for war if that is Washington's goal. Araghchi added at a press conference in Beirut that the purpose of his visit to Lebanon is to explore the 'challenges and threats' posed by Israel to the region's security, as well as to expand bilateral relations.
