Iran installed a mural yesterday depicting the destruction of a U.S. aircraft carrier by its attacks amid escalating tensions with the United States and the dispatch of an American fleet to waters near the Persian country. In Enghelab (Revolution) Square in the center of the Iranian capital, the mural was installed with the image of the American aircraft carrier painted in the colors of that country's flag and attacked by Iran. "Whoever sows the wind reaps the storm" is the motto written on the work, which coincides with the U.S. military mobilization toward waters near Iran. U.S. President Donald Trump has repeatedly warned Tehran, setting two red lines for the use of military force: the killing of protesters and the mass execution of detainees, during protests that began on December 28 and were suppressed two weeks ago after a harsh crackdown that has caused, according to Iranian authorities, more than 3,100 deaths.
