Iranian media reported that over a thousand people were arrested in the month on charges of photographing sensitive sites, posting anti-government content online, or 'cooperating with the enemy.' Reuters reported that official Iranian media confirmed on Tuesday that police had arrested 466 people for engaging in electronic activities aimed at undermining national security and collaborating with the enemy, in one of the largest security campaigns since the start of the war with Israel and the United States.
