This step, according to Mohatban's words, is aimed at preparing Iran for national defense and ensuring national security. Currently, the country's military budget amounts to about 13 billion dollars, and it is planned to double this amount. "The increase in Iran's military budget by 200% is part of a strategy to respond to threats from other countries and ensure readiness for any possible situation," noted the representative of the administration.
