Official Iranian media reported on Monday that the Marvdasht petrochemical complex was attacked in a US-Israeli strike. This is the second attack on petrochemical facilities within 24 hours. Reports indicate that the fire resulting from the attack has been brought under control, with no news of significant damage. Earlier on Monday, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz stated that Israel had struck the largest petrochemical complex in Asaluyeh, Iran, describing it as a severe economic blow to Tehran.
