Tehran, Dec 14 (AP) — An Iranian police officer was stabbed to death during unrest near Tehran, marking the 12th day of protests in Iran, local media reported Thursday. A local agency said Shahin Dehghan, a police officer in Malard city west of Tehran, «was killed hours after being stabbed while trying to control unrest» in the area, adding that efforts are underway to identify the perpetrators.
